VETERAN DETECTIVE
At exactly midnight, passenger Elliot Crane vanished from a private cabin aboard the night train traveling through Blackridge Pass.
The cabin door was locked from the inside. The window was sealed. No one saw him leave. His suitcase remained untouched. His phone was found on the floor with no signal activity after 11:58 PM.
Your mission: Solve the case by answering three questions:
Mara Vance — Train Attendant: “I brought Mr. Crane tea around 11:45. He looked nervous and kept checking his watch. I never went back after that.”
Derek Holt — Businessman: “I was in the cabin next door. I heard arguing shortly before midnight. It sounded like Crane was talking to someone.”
Lena Cross — Passenger: “I walked the hallway because I couldn’t sleep. I passed his cabin, but I didn’t see anyone enter or leave.”
Noah Reed — Conductor: “All exterior doors were locked while the train was moving. Nobody could have gotten off without authorization.”
Victor Hale — Engineer: “There was a short system reset at midnight. Only lasted about two minutes. I assumed it was a power flicker.”
Cabin Door: Locked from the inside.
Window Seal: Cannot escape.
Burn Mark: Electrical damage.
Camera Blackout: 12:00–12:02 AM.
Emergency Hatch: Triggered at 12:01 AM.
